Market Inspiration & Practical Information

To ensure the highest quality production and smooth project workflow, please review the following guidelines before submitting your design files. These recommendations help us maintain color accuracy, proper formatting, and efficient production.

Color Specifications

To ensure accurate color reproduction during printing and production, please submit your artwork using one of the following color modes:

  • CMYK Color Mode (all values should be set as whole numbers)
  • Pantone Spot Colors (please clearly specify the Pantone color code)

Please note that colors displayed on digital screens may differ slightly from the final printed product. For critical color requirements, we recommend providing a physical color reference or approving a printed sample.

Text & Font Handling

To prevent layout issues caused by missing fonts, please convert all text into outlined fonts (vector outlines) before submitting the final artwork.

If editable text layers must be retained, please include the corresponding font files (.ttf or .otf) along with the design files.

Failure to outline fonts or provide the required font files may cause production delays.

Recommended Design Software

For faster review and production processing, we recommend preparing your design files using the following professional software:

  • Adobe Illustrator (vector-based artwork)
  • CorelDRAW
  • AutoCAD
  • Adobe Photoshop (for image editing)

Vector-based files are preferred whenever possible to ensure the highest quality output.

Trademark Authorization

If your design includes any registered trademarks or brand logos, please ensure that they are provided directly by the trademark owner or accompanied by an official authorization document.

If no authorization is provided, the artwork will be treated as a general graphic element, and our company will not be responsible for any trademark disputes.

Production Lead Time & Urgent Orders

Our standard production lead time is 7โ€“10 working days after final artwork approval.

If urgent production is required, expedited service may be available for an additional fee. Please inform our team in advance so we can arrange priority production.
